Connie was wonderful! The problem is that we don't have a check yet from the sale! We are not sure what is going on, but would appreciate some closure. We have a sold property but now check!! Mary, the closer, had informed us that Pat gave up all rights to the marital property half of the property. Fidelity said that she could not do that. Everybody got their money at closing, Sept. 29th, and we are still in limbo. I would appreciate some help here. Who was right? Thanks. Denise Laabs
